When is the advance payable?

The advance (30% for turnkey/milestone, 40% for labour-only) is due only after you approve the written quotation and we sign the work order. It covers material procurement and team mobilisation.

Do prices change during the work?

No. Your quoted scope is fixed for 30 days and honoured through the project. If you add new work later, it is quoted separately and approved in writing before execution.

Is GST included in the quotation?

GST is shown as a separate line as applicable. You receive proper GST invoices for every stage payment — useful for input credit on commercial projects.

What exactly triggers each stage payment?

Defined, visible milestones: e.g. mid-work instalments follow completed flooring/ceiling areas with photo proof; the final instalment is due only after your snag list is closed and you sign the handover note.

Is there any warranty on the work?

Yes. All plans include a workmanship warranty with dedicated after-handover support. Material warranties are passed through from manufacturers.
