Apartment Renovation
A 12-year-old apartment in Andheri West brought back to life — new kitchen, flooring, ceilings and a full rewire — in eight weeks with the family living one floor away.
The Vision
After a decade of use, the apartment felt dated — cracked tiles, sagging ceilings and an outdated kitchen. The family wanted a complete refresh with modern storage, bright surfaces and no structural compromise.

The Challenge
The owners wanted to avoid two months of rent elsewhere. We agreed on a phased, in-place renovation: one zone at a time, with daily clearing, dust barriers and a strict no-material-hallway rule.
How We Delivered
Joinery was built off-site to shrink on-site time. Old wiring was replaced floor by floor as ceilings came down, and waterproofing was redone on the terrace and bathroom cores before any finishing.
