The Vision

The complex’s old paint-and-plaster elevation was fading and leaking. The owners wanted a premium corporate identity — a durable, low-maintenance skin that keeps the building cooler and instantly more credible to tenants.

  • Rain-screen cladding with hidden insulation and drainage
  • Vertical-garden accents and a redesigned entrance canopy
  • High-performance glazing to cut heat gain and energy bills

The Challenge

Offices inside stayed occupied throughout. Scaffolding had to double as weatherproof screens, and panel deliveries were sequenced to keep the site entrance clear every weekday morning.

How We Delivered

We surveyed and surveyed again — laser-mapped the facade, shop-drew every panel, and pre-cut all cladding in our workshop before a single bracket went up on site.

  • Full-depth waterproofing and thermal insulation layer
  • Aluminium composite and metal-clad rain-screen panels
  • Point-supported glass sections and a frameless entrance
  • Auto-irrigated vertical gardens on the street elevation

The Result

Occupancy rebounded within six months of completion and energy bills for common areas dropped by nearly a third. The client calls the new facade “the best marketing the building has ever had.”
