Industrial Warehouse
A 45,000 sq ft steel-framed warehouse for a logistics operator in Bhiwandi — high clear height, dock loading and fire-compliant design, delivered and made operational in 10 months.
The Vision
The operator needed a warehouse that maximised pallet storage height while keeping the building economical to run — with clean loading docks, generous turning space and a clear path for future expansion.
- 14-metre clear height with steel portal framing
- Six loading docks with levellers and a drive-through apron
- Insulated cladding, daylight panels and energy-efficient lighting
The Challenge
A fast-track programme with rainy-season groundworks and an access road only usable outside peak hours. We planned deliveries in night windows and used pre-engineered steel to shrink on-site erection time.
How We Delivered
Our fabrication shop produced the steel portals and cladding while site teams completed foundations and the RCC dock apron. A single project control room tracked steel, electricals and fire services to the day.
- Steel structure, purlins and insulated factory cladding
- RCC apron, dock levellers and storm-water drainage
- Fire hydrant network, CCTV and high-bay LED lighting
- Handed over operational with utilities commissioned
The Result
The warehouse was racked and receiving stock three weeks after handover. Energy bills run 18% below the operator’s older facility of the same size — thanks to the daylighting and LED strategy.
