The first impression of a 120-room business hotel — a 9,000 sq ft lobby, reception and lounge with a double-height ceiling, feature lighting and full brand styling, delivered in six months.
The Vision
A guest should feel welcomed the moment the door opens. The brief was grand but warm — a double-height arrival hall, an elegant reception counter and a lounge that works for business travellers by day and relaxed socialising by night.

The Challenge
The hotel had to keep receiving guests during the fit-out. We walled off the work zone, ran all high-noise work to a night-and-morning window, and protected the existing finishes with a strict containment plan.
How We Delivered
Our joinery unit built the reception desk, backlit brand wall and lounge seating in the workshop. Site teams handled ceiling, lighting and flooring while the hotel kept trading.

The Result
Guest satisfaction scores for “arrival experience” rose sharply in the quarter after handover, and the hotel chain has shortlisted us for two more properties in the state.
