A three-storey family villa in Mumbai, delivered turnkey — from foundation to final paint. Here’s how we took it from bare plot to beautiful handover.
The Vision
Our clients wanted a modern, low-maintenance family home for three generations — light-filled, energy-efficient and on a strict budget. The plot came with challenging soil conditions and a tight compound width.

The Challenge
A monsoon arrival in the third month could have derailed the schedule, and the client needed to move in before the new year. We compressed the critical path by running finishing trades in parallel with first-floor structural work — all while keeping the site dust- and safety-compliant.
How We Delivered
Our in-house teams handled everything: RCC structure, waterproofing, facade cladding, interiors and landscaping. Weekly photo reports and a shared project schedule kept the family informed at every stage.
- Deep-pit foundation with soil stabilisation for the challenging strata
- Exterior elevation with cladding, aluminium windows and feature lighting
- Modular kitchen, wardrobes and false ceilings executed by our joinery team
- Handover 10 days ahead of schedule, with a 12-month workmanship warranty
The Result
The family moved in before the new year, on budget, with every room finished to showroom standard. The home’s cross-ventilation design keeps summer interiors noticeably cooler — a detail the clients say was worth every rupee.
